Really good stay and excellent staff, across the board from the nursing staff to the cleaners. I met some really good and caring people who were always on call to help or popped in frequently to see if I needed help. Very nice facilities and perfect room. Also really good food. I have to pay special compliments to the physiotherapists and ward nurses. They were excellent. Thanks for all your help

I was decidedly unimpressed by my anaesthatist - this was not the first time I have had a general anaesthetic but it was the first time that I have been in enormous pain as the anaesthetic took effect. This rather let the rest of the team down

My husband and I found the staff very helpful and understanding and caring. The room was clean and comfortable, everything done to make you feel at ease. One minor thing, the dispenser in the bathroom a little difficult to use.

The staff at The Manor Hospital are fantastic. Both members of staff who took care of me during my one night stay were very attentive but not intrusive. My room was clean and contained everything that I needed. The good was amazing and prepared to a very high standard. All of the staff at the hospital from reception, the ward, theatre, outpatients and scanning have been very professional making sure that i was at ease through all stages.

Natalia is a great doctor. She cares for her patients and ensures that all patients are in good stead before leaving the Hospital. This is evident by the care of my wife Pamela Roberts. Well done Natalia - Keep up the good work. Clarence Roberts Ascension Island

Our only criticism is that when attempting to get an update on the condition of our family member the phone number we were given always went to answerphone regardless of the time of day. The message states that calls will be returned within an hour (I think) and that never happened. Not good when that is the only option you have when your relative isn't well enough to be able to use the phone in their room. Otherwise, the hospital/staff can't be faulted.

Treatment at the Manor has always except the last time in December. I had to ask for a change of Nurse after my daughters operation as she was treated like a body not a person. Other Nurses were lovely but my daughter ended up with pneumonia and we moved hod6pitals for different reasons. Nurses were kind until day when things went wrong. Manager of ward was lovely. Support and a chat wld have been helpful. Excellent consultants. Hospital rooms are clean, physiotherapy excellent.

My care and treatment by the staff at the Manor Hospital was first class. Everyone was helpful, polite, caring and could not do enough for me. The food was excellent and the room & amenities were clean and well maintained. The Hospital is easy to get to and offers privacy when you don't want to feel too exposed after having cosmetic surgery. I would totally recommend it to anyone contemplating this type of surgery.
